These terms describe the shopping and enquiry journeys on Empress Camera & Creator, operated by Empress Studio in Malaysia.

Products and information

Please review the individual product listing before ordering, especially the model, condition, included items, displayed price and availability. Pre-Owned items are individually described; cosmetic grade does not replace the listing’s functional and accessory details. Contact us if an important detail is unclear.

Orders and payment

Checkout presents the order total, available fulfilment options and payment methods before you place an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. We may contact you when an order detail, payment or availability needs clarification. Do not send payment to an account or through a method that is not shown in the checkout or directly confirmed by Empress.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Available fulfilment options are described on our Shipping & Delivery page and at checkout. For change-of-mind requests, faulty products and remedies, read our Refund & Exchange Policy. Product-specific coverage is explained on the listing or accompanying warranty documents and our Warranty Information page.

Sell, trade-in and rental enquiries

A sell or trade-in submission starts a review; any initial estimate is not a guaranteed final offer and is subject to physical inspection and verification. A rental enquiry does not reserve equipment or confirm a booking. Availability, rates and requirements are confirmed separately before a booking is accepted.
