How is Pre-Owned gear described?
Listings separate cosmetic grade from functional condition. When relevant, they also show shutter count, optical findings, included accessories and warranty information.
How are pre-owned items graded?
A is light signs of use, B is visible signs of use, C is heavy signs of use. Grades describe cosmetic condition only. Each listing also shows what we found when we tested it.
Do pre-owned items have a warranty?
Yes, 90 days from Empress.
Are your cameras Official Malaysia sets?
Yes, always. We do not sell grey sets.
How much is delivery?
Orders of RM250 and above qualify for free delivery across Malaysia. For orders under RM250, Sarawak are free, Sabah is RM10 and West Malaysia is RM30.
How can I pay?
SPayLater, credit card or any major e-wallet.
Can I sell or trade in my gear?
Yes. Send us the details and we reply with a preliminary estimate. The final offer is confirmed after physical inspection.
Do you repair cameras and lenses?
Yes, in-house. Inspection and quote are free.
Can I rent equipment?
Rental enquiries are welcome. Availability, rates and booking requirements are confirmed individually before a booking is accepted.

You can visit us at Empress Studio, 1B India Street, Kuching, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Or order online and we deliver across Malaysia. A second store at CityONE Megamall is coming soon.
