WHY INSPECTION MATTERS

The estimate starts the conversation. Inspection confirms the offer.

Condition, function, included items and any known issues can change the final value. Empress records a preliminary estimate separately from the final inspected offer, so neither is presented as a guarantee.

Is the estimate guaranteed?

No. Estimated value is preliminary and subject to physical inspection. The final offer is recorded only after inspection.

Can I submit more than one item?

Yes. Add each camera, lens, accessory or creator item separately in the same request.

How does a trade work?

Select an available Empress product. After inspection, the approved value is compared with the stored product-price snapshot. No WooCommerce product price is changed.

Can I send photos?

Yes. Photo upload is intentionally not enabled in V1; send photos via WhatsApp after submitting and include your request ID.
