Store pickup
You can collect your order at Empress Studio, 1B India Street, 93000 Kuching, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. If store pickup is offered for your order, wait for confirmation that the items are ready before travelling to collect them. Bring your order reference and follow any collection instructions we provide.
Dispatch and delivery
Timing depends on stock, destination and the delivery method. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact Empress before ordering so the team can discuss what is possible. A delivery date is not guaranteed unless separately confirmed.
Delivery questions or damage
If you need help with an order in transit or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the packaging and item can help the team review it. For product faults and remedies, see our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Yes. For orders under RM250, Sabah is RM10 and West Malaysia is RM30. Sarawak is free. Orders of RM250 and above are free across Malaysia.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item, and we will look into it.
